Economy - Delivered by Royal Mail 48 - not trackable - FREE

This service is for non-priority deliveries and usually takes 2 days to deliver after dispatch, but can take up to 4.

Standard - Delivered by Royal Mail 24 - not trackable - £2.99

Similar to 1st Class, Royal Mail aim to deliver your order the next working day from despatch, but please allow for 2.

Standard Tracked - Delivered by Royal Mail 24 Tracked - £4.99

Same as above, but tracking will be available. Because the above services are not tracked, for peace of mind during delivery we recommend using this service when possible, especially if your order is particularly urgent. The package will not need to be signed for. Click here to follow the progress of any parcels with your tracking number

Product specific lead times are applied to all orders please refer to the individual product page. We endeavour to despatch all orders by the lead times and these may be affected due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

What time of day will my order be delivered?

If you have selected Economy, Standard or Tracked delivery then your parcel will be delivered between 8am – 6pm.

Unfortunately we cannot provide a specific time of day for your delivery.

Do you deliver outside of the UK and Ireland?

Unfortunately we do not currently ship to international addresses.

Will I know when my order has been despatched?

Of course! We like to make sure you are constantly kept up to date, once your order has been despatched from us you will receive an email and your order status will be updated within your My Account page. If your order has been sent via Tracked or Courier you will also be able to track your order online. Click here to follow the progress of any parcels with your tracking number

My Parcel has been returned to you, what can I do?

If your parcel has been undeliverable once we receive the parcel back here at Spesh Gifts we will contact you to arrange redelivery of your order. Unfortunately we are not able to refund any orders we have returned to us due to the nature of the products.

Can I send my order to more than one address?

If you would like your order shipping to more than one address you will need to check out separately for each delivery address.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected Tracked delivery for your order you will be able to track your order via using your tracking number. You are not able to track orders for Economy and Standard elivery.

Returns and Refunds

We always try to ensure that our products are sent out in perfect condition. However sometimes due to situations beyond our control for example damage in post, your item may arrive in an unsatisfactory state. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item or your item is wrong please contact us as soon as possible. We will then look into the problem and get back to you with a response within 24 working hours. To help us to respond quickly, please try to include as much information as possible:

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Postal Address
  • Order Number
  • Problem with fault
  • Photo of the fault*

*If a photo is not included we may ask you to provide photographic evidence before processing your claim. Due to the nature of the products we offer all items which are personalised are non-refundable.

How long does my refund take?

Your refund can be within 2 weeks to be actioned. Once the refund has been actioned it can take 2-5 working days to appear in your bank account as a credit.

Multiple refund requests

If there are persistent claims for refunds from the same individual or group of individuals, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or replace an order. We may refuse to take any future orders from any such customers and will inform them of our decision in writing, via email or over the telephone.
